Unlike other facilities management companies, TCG will dispatch the right tech for the job on every job. We don’t have preferred agreements with local facility maintenance technicians, so the tech we send is the right tech for our customer’s job, not our bottom line.

A major differentiator of ours is our Project Management staff. While we leverage technology to manage our customers’ facility services requests, we do not rely on technology to manage the process. In addition, our Project Management team does not consist of minimum wage call center associates. These are highly trained and fairly compensated professionals that are fully engaged on every job from initial request to satisfied completion.

Emergency Repairs – TCG’s Project Management Team is available for our customer’s building maintenance services needs 24/7/365, providing 2-4 hour response time on any maintenance emergency, regardless of location or time of day.

Transparent Pricing – TCG does not charge our customers unnecessary fees (travel, equipment, surcharges, etc.), unless absolutely required for the job. In addition, we do not pad hours in order to market artificially low hourly rates. We simply charge our customers the local cost of the job with a sliding scale mark-up for our fee on top.

Job Cost Management – TCG’s Project Management Team closely manages the scope and cost on every job we run for our customers to ensure the final invoiced amount, including TCG’s fee, is cost competitive with any other facilities management companies nationally.
