Hey Team CareGivers (TCG Family and Friends)!
This morning I was touched by the pep talk that I heard as I checked in at the temp machine. I think I heard Mike say to call him at 1am or 2am when you are doing invoices, but maybe it wasn’t quite like that. 😊 It was good to hear encouragement and laughter this early in the day.
It reminded me of some of the things in my “TCG Originals” file that I haven’t looked at for a long time. One is an acrostic for TCG=Terrific Care Givers. Another is more of a chant: “We are the Consociate Group! We are TCG!” A third piece is comparing the TCG model with one of my favorite corporations—Chick-fil-A. The TCG part of that original includes these pieces of information:
–Purposes-“TCG Services is your one-call answer to all of your facility maintenance needs…in a timely and efficient manner, following up with consistent communication on every project… to ensure your experience with us is problem-free and your expectations are met.”
–Mission-“Our goal is to provide you unbeatable service on every job.” Our rallying cries could be: Glad to care and serve you. How can I care for you? How can I serve you? How can I share our unbeatable service with you? How can I partner with you?
–Core Values-“At our core is a singular belief that drives our business: Our customers are number one. Every customer, regardless of budget size, number of retail locations, or annual revenue, is treated with respect and receives the same high-level of customer care.”
–Guiding Principles-Our business model is based on establishing long-term relationships that consist of mutual respect and clear understanding.”
“Expect the best when you partner with TCG.” We may not be the biggest company, but we are the best company! We are the best because you are the best! You can’t beat the best people doing the best job for the best company!
